Invite Safe Kids to your event

If you would like to invite Safe Kids Chicago/Safe Kids Illinois to give a safety talk, workshop, or demonstration, please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  We will check our availability and let you know as soon as possible if we can attend.  Please email us at least one month before your event is planned, but more advanced notice is very appreciated.  We have very limited staff, and our spring and summer tend to fill up especially quickly.

If you are planning a safety event and would like some ideas for topic areas and talking points, please ask!  We have participated in bike rodeos, poison prevention talks, car seat demonstrations, and many other types of events.  We are always happy to share ideas with you.  We also have a great network of community partners, and we are happy to connect you with those partners for your event.

Safe Kids also has "Programs in a Box" to help you present to a group about safety.  We currently have many topic areas, including summer safety, child passenger safety, and poison prevention, among others.  These boxes include handouts, visual aids, and talking points on their respective risk area.  If you are planning to talk to a parent group, a group of kids, or anyone interested in safety, please let us know.  We loan our Programs in a Box out to individuals or organizations for a week at a time, and if the one you need is available, you may borrow it at any time.
